At ALCU India, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We stand by the quality of our handcrafted products. Please read our policy carefully before initiating a return.

Return Window

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. This period begins from the date of delivery.

Valid Reasons for Return

• Product received is damaged
• Product received is defective
• Wrong product delivered

Returns will not be accepted for change of mind or colour perception differences. Please note that handcrafted products may have slight natural variations in colour and finish — these are not defects.

Refund & Resolution Options

• Cash Refund: Applicable only if your order was prepaid and the product was not delivered. The refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Replacement: If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we will replace it at no extra cost.
• Store Credit: In cases where a replacement is not available, we will issue store credit for future use.

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery. Please provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product
• An unboxing video clearly showing the issue

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with original packaging intact. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Notification

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your replacement, store credit, or refund.
