You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product to initiate a return. This strict two-day period begins upon delivery.

To initiate a return, contact us via email or WhatsApp. Please provide an image of the product and a video of the unboxing, clearly stating your reason for the return.

Return Conditions

Handling Defective Products

If you discover a defect in any of our products upon delivery, promptly contact our customer support team at help@alcu.in. Provide photographic evidence and an unboxing video showcasing the defect, and state your reason for initiating the return.

Upon receipt of your communication, we will coordinate a pickup from your location. After inspecting the product, we will either replace it or issue a refund, per our terms and conditions.
