1. What is your Return & Refund Policy?
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. We accept returns for the following reasons: damaged product, defective product, or wrong item delivered. Returns are not accepted for change of mind or colour perception differences.

• Cash Refund: If your order was prepaid and was not delivered, you will receive a full cash refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Replacement: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no extra charge.
• Store Credit: If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue store credit for future use.

11. What Should I Do If I Receive a Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product?
