Payment Policy

Alcu India supports the following payment options:

  • Credit Card
  • Debit Card
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets/UPI
  • Cash on Delivery

There are no hidden charges. You pay only the amount shown in your order summary at the time of checkout.

If you see any charges on your credit/debit card for purchases made on Alcu.in, but you have never created an account or signed up, please check with your family members or business colleagues authorized to make purchases on your behalf. If you are still unable to recognize the charge, please report the unauthorized purchase within 14 days of the transaction. Email us at info@alcu.in.

In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring that the information provided to the payment gateway is accurate, including account details, billing address, password (for net banking), UPI ID, etc. Additionally, check if your internet connection was disrupted during the process.

If your account has been debited after a payment failure, the amount is typically refunded to your account within 7 business days. For any clarification, please email us at info@alcu.in with your order number.

Cancellation of Order

We do not accept cancellations once the order is paid for and confirmed.

If the item you ordered has been shipped but not yet delivered, you may still cancel the order online. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier, with courier charges and transaction fees deducted from the total.

You cannot cancel the order if it has been delivered to you. In such cases, please follow the process for returning the product.
