Shipping Policy

We ship our products throughout India. Please note that some products have shipping restrictions and cannot be delivered to all destinations. All orders are dispatched within 3-4 days of order placement.

For multiple orders placed in a single transaction, Alcu India will attempt to deliver them in a single package. However, this may not always be possible due to the differing characteristics of the products. If you place multiple product orders in a single transaction, all products will be delivered to the single shipping address provided. To deliver products to separate addresses, please place separate orders with the specific delivery addresses.

Delivery Charges

Alcu India offers free delivery for all products to your doorstep, with no minimum order amount required.

Delivery Time

Delivery time varies based on product type. While Alcu India aims to deliver 90% of orders within 5-7 days, the general delivery window is 7-15 days from order placement. We are committed to dispatching and delivering your order as promptly as possible, with all products shipped within 2 business days.

Order Tracking

To track your order, visit the ‘My Account’ section and click on the status option next to your order. Alternatively, you can use the link provided in the email received after placing your order. Online tracking is generally activated within 24 hours post-shipping.
